WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

-We accept returns within 30 of ordering. The item(s) returned must be in original, new/unused condition. Customers will need to ship the item(s) back via USPS and provide a tracking number. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds will be submitted once the return(s) are received and inspected. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

-If your order includes items that are in stock, they will ship within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Custom orders, such as crystal buckles, crystal conchos, and saddle concho sets, may take 3 to 14 business days to ship. All other items may take 3 to 14 business days to ship. Tack sets and other items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. If you need an order shipped quickly, please contact us before ordering. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

-Yes! If you live outside of the USA or need an order shipped out of the USA, please contact us. We will ask you to provide a list of items you wish to order, your shipping address, and phone number. We will then be able to provide you with a total for your order, including shipping. Please note, all international orders will be required to have insurance and a signature confirmation upon delivery. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

-We accept payments via PayPal and Square Inc. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Usually First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. Customers may upgrade from First Class to Priority Mail shipping. In stock items can be shipped express at buyer's expense. If you need something shipped overnight, please contact us first before placing your order.


Custom orders are non-refundable. All sales are final. All orders must be paid for before work begins on any item. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of defective merchandise. Item(s) must be returned with original tags, in original packaging and in unused condition. Approval of returns is based on inspection of defective merchandise by Bit of Bling. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for return shipping.
